Joe and Katherine Jackson speak on Michael before his 2005 Trial:

"I know my son and this is ridiculous.  We have a lot of wicked people out there and they know what they're doing.....people are wicked and Satan is busy.....I know him and he does not deserve what's going on.  They don't know him.  They don't even know what they're talking about.  There's a family of that person that they're lying on and talking about and especially a mother and she has feelings and loves her children.  They should think about what they're doing before they get on television, telling all the lies.  You reap what you sow."

"When Michael and I used to sit down and watch television and we used to see the children in Africa, flies around their mouths....they were just dying.  He'd sit there with tears streaming down his face.  He said 'Mother, one day I'm going to do something about that.'  My son would never hurt a child.  He loves children too much."

Katherine Jackson

"All I know is he's a good kid and he's done right all his life and he'd always treat other people right.  We know our son.  We know that he's not a pedophile like some of these newscasters are saying.  That is not true."

Joe Jackson

"Know, in the end, I'll be vindicated, I pray, because I know the truth.  I am an innocent person and I believe in God and love God."

"My level of trust will change.  There's a lot of conspiracy going on, I'll say that much.  A lot of it.  All around me....It's a very, very serious thing......It's a delicate area.  It's very delicate where we are now."

Michael Jackson speaking to Rev. Jesse Jackson during his 2005 child molestation trial on what he wants his fans to know.
"Everyone who knows me will know the truth, which is that my children come first in my life and that I would never harm any child."

Michael Jackson
"I will say again that I have never, and would never, harm a child. It sickens me that people have written untrue things about me."

Michael Jackson
"Before I would hurt a child, I would slit my wrists."

If I sail to Acapulco or Cancun Mexico
There the law is waiting for me
and God knows that I'm innocent

If they wont take me in Cairo
Then Lord where will I go
I’ll die a man without a country
and only God knew I was innocent now

These lyrics were written by Michael Jackson while going through his 2005 child molestation trial
